Celebrity PI, John J Nazarian, openly admits that he does what it takes to serve an elusive defendant and Nazarian has been called in by the client or the attorney to get the elusive, dodge the process server, SERVED.
He has used speed boats, helicopters, horses, slept on park benches, used one of his dogs; if you have the money, John Nazarian can figure out how to get the elusive person served.
But the latest Malibu serve, down those beaches with fancy homes and lots of security, John has hit a new high, (or low) in using a top distraction.
Granted John had already been out one night to do the serve, but the tide came in and a HUGE wave had Nazarian’s name on it. John was drenched had to call it a night, strip down and put his wet clothes in a bag, and drove home in his “skivvies”; with sand in places he preferred not to discuss. We hear that story somehow made it to lawyers who were more than happy to share the story in Nazarian’s favorite courthouse the Stanley Mosk in Los Angeles.
Not to be deterred Nazarian figure out how to serve this elusive person in broad day light, how you ask? Well who is not going to coo and want to see a baby out for a spring stroll with his dad, with the unsuspected not seeing John a few steps behind.
Yes folks, John is willing to use his son, Mike Nazarian and his grandson Ben, it is indeed a real “family affair”!
We have to admit that Benjamin Nazarian looked darling on his “first assignment”.
