“Rick” is a grandfather whose daughter is representing herself in family court and has come head to head with a “notorious” monitor. She, the monitor, was not ordered by the court but “picked” by the husband/father to protect himself from allegations of abuse.

Rick is alleging that this monitor has ended up as a “paid” expert witness for the ex-husband and says what she is paid to say. The court does not have time to listen to the evidence, read the mammoth amount of paper, or watch the video tapes. This has gone from trying to protect the daughter and granddaughter from abuse by the husband and monitor to “Rick’s daughter now facing charges of “emotional abuse” in children’s court.

Is this an example of the court system being overworked and what taken advantage of that can cause in the worse case scenario?

John’s other guest is Dr. Glenn S Lipson, renown California forensic psychologist from San Diego; whom has just received a contract to begin to teach teachers in California to watch and address problems of students in this world of bullies, from fellow students and/or teachers or other adults.
